K001 - Possibles Bag Kit (Regular size).  From the early days of the firearm up until the mid-late 1800s, hunters, farmers, or anyone who was carrying their rifle would also often carry a "possibles" bag.  It is so named because it was supposed to hold anything you could possibly need to care for your flintlock or percussion cap rifle.  We've patterned elements of our kit off of pictures of two surviving original examples.  Contents include:
-The pre-cut pieces of leather for the main pouch
   -The leather shoulder strap
-The leather button and cord for securing the flap closed
-Waxed string for sewing all the components together
   -A large, blunt sewing needle
The completed bag measures approximately 6" tall by 9" wide, and is constructed with a divider to create two sections inside of the pouch.  Detailed instruction sheet included.  Now available in both black and brown leather!  Please specify when ordering...
